Sr Lead, Architecture Solutions (COLM)The Senior Lead, Solution Architect is responsible for defining and driving solution architecture for the Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management (COLM) platform. As a key member of the COLM architecture function, this role advances technology solutions through aligned strategies, target-state roadmaps, and standardized architectural patterns supporting onboarding and lifecycle capabilities. Partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering leads, and enterprise architects, the individual designs and delivers scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across a complex ecosystem while ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. The role is accountable for defining target state architecture, assessing current state landscapes, and governing solution alignment across initiatives to enable effective transformation.This individual is delivery-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of influencing both senior leadership and technical teams. The Senior Lead Solution Architect must make pragmatic decisions that balance strategic value, time-to-market, cost, and risk, while driving integration consistency and adherence to enterprise patterns.
