Early on, there will be design work that requires documentation development in not only electrical design, but also some mechanical design, then support to an EDL (Engineering Development Lab) when the hardware is being built and assembled by the technicians. The next phase will be spent on integration and troubleshooting any problems on the product you helped to design and build to test the UUT. You will be responsible for designing test equipment (test racks, fixtures, selecting or designing digital/analog/serial and various signal interface cards, cables, etc.) to test and validate the operation of satellite components.
