In this role, the Inc 3 OTA Program Manager is responsible for all programmatic elements including cost, schedule, and performance while shaping forward‑looking strategic vision and driving organic growth. In addition, the Inc 3 OTA PM drives collaboration across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Business Management, and regularly engages with both senior leadership as well as government officials and customer stakeholders. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
