This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK and may include up to 50% travel to supplier sites and other NG sites.The Global Supply Chain Program Manager (GSCPM) will have cost, schedule, and technical responsibility for a key program GSC effort in the Development Operating Unit. The GSCPM will lead the Supplier Management Teams (SMT), consisting of Engineering, Subcontracts, Business Management, and Quality to ensure successful execution of the supplier efforts.Key responsibilities of this role:Oversee and manage all GSC activities in support of the execution of this major program Create project plans, including project schedules and budgetsIntegrate requirements vertically and horizontally across the project to ensure successful executionBrief Northrop Grumman management and Air Force customers on project statusIdentify and mitigate risksWork with multiple engineering teams and cross-functional departmentsParticipate in contract negotiations and contract changes as requiredThe primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
