In this role, you will be serving as Mission Assurance Program Director responsible for all Quality related activities across a majority of the product life cycle. You will be responsible for the oversight of Mission Assurance employees and program operations at multiple CONUS sites.This position requires managing and leading key program meetings including the Preventive Corrective Action Board (PCAB), management reviews, and customer reviews. The MA Program Director will regularly interface with internal and external customers regarding requirements and will manage stakeholder expectations. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
