Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team in in Huntsville, AL.Responsibilities:Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.Working knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD SAP ManualsSecurity database updates within the Security Information Management System (SIMS)Access to DISS for clearance verification for SCI and/or SAP processingAssist the site Industrial Security Team and programs as neededTraining development (specific to program needs/requirements)Other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:5 years of Security experience with Bachelor's; OR 3 years with Master’s OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degreeCandidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 yearsDevelops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operationsObtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agenciesPrepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materialsConducts security education classes and security audits.Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be takenWorking knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD SAP ManualsPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in Foreign Military Sales Contracts, Offsets, and collaboration with foreign disclosure office.Prior experience leading proposal efforts: writing Basis of Estimates, Labor forecasting, SOW reviewPrior experience with ITAR/Export compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate a positive working relationship with internal and external customersWorking knowledge of Corporate and Govt. systems: NISS & SIMSExperience supporting manufacturing facilityActive Top Secret Security Clearance.OPSEC Level II certification, Security+ certificationFamiliarity with Agile Systems Engineering processesPrimary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
