This position will be located on site in Melbourne, Florida.The Principal Project Management (Level 3) will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The candidate will review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. This Principal Project Manager (Level 3) should be able to work independently with little oversight and be able to receive requirements at a high level and derive lower-level requirements as required. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
