This position will be located in Vandenberg AFB, CA and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.What You’ll Get To Do: Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System.Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life-cycle.Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.Duties will include familiarity with contractual terms that drive company requirements and obligations. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degreeExperience working with DOD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and or DFARS property management clauses.Experience working with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, Prime Contractors, DoD personnel.Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scopePreferred Qualifications:Current NPMA CPPS certification (Certified Property Professional AnalystProficient in Microsoft Office suite5+ years Government Property/Asset Management experienceActive Top Secret ClearancePrimary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
