This position follows a 9/80 work schedule and is designated as hybrid, requiring onsite presence in El Segundo, California.The Project Manager will support the sustainment or training business area as a focal point for the GSC organization. They will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to; review status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepare status reports, assess project issues developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives, develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.*This is NOT a Manager OR Leadership position*Essential Functions:Ensures consistency in GSC processes and drafts work instructions and work flows, where applicable.Acts as a GSC focal with various program IPTs and Sub IPTs.Analyzes data and information to accurately build/present program-level leadership briefings focused on status and critical program milestones.Assists with different GSC sustainment initiatives.Integrates with various GSC functional organizations.The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
