This position will be located in Clearfield, UT and will support the Sentinel program.This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You'll Get to Do:Responsibilities include:Reviewing and evaluating engineering documents and contract deliverables (such as plans, drawings, presentations) to ensure the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications and customer requirements.Leading and participating in root cause and corrective action analyses (RCCA) and failure investigations for high impact issues.Analyzing and identifying gaps in project/program requirements and helping to drive proactive solutions.Collecting, analyzing and reporting key performance indicator data/metrics and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and improve performance.Supplier oversight and management (related to quality performance).Review of Electromagnetic Interference and Compatibility (EMI/EMC) test plans and test procedures (EMITP) to meet Data Item Descriptions (DID) requirements.Support EMI/EMC test planning, Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and test integration support. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
