Working within a collaborative project environment, you will help ensure projects are delivered in line with organisational strategy, standards, policies and processes.You will work closely with project managers, delivery teams and key stakeholders, responding to dynamic project needs and supporting governance, reporting and performance management. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience across high‑profile programmes while developing your career within a leading defence and technology organisation.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the coordination, implementation and delivery of projects in line with organisational standards and strategyOrganising and supporting engagements with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting project governance, performance management, reporting and documentationAssisting with forecasting and tracking of project costs, resources and schedulesScheduling, reviewing and managing project artefacts to ensure quality and consistencyCapturing and tracking risks, issues, actions and key performance metricsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience supporting projects, including planning and delivery against scope, cost and requirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, consultancy‑style approachExperience of governance control, reporting and performance managementExcellent attention to detail with strong organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environmentIf you do not meet every requirement but feel you could add value in this role, we encourage you to apply.
