Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Proposal Manager 3 for the Business Development Capture Excellence Proposal Management team.Primary MissionIn this leadership role, you’ll manage the enabling support resources, infrastructure, tools, and processes that form the foundation of our proposal management approach. This includes owning and advancing our SharePoint‑based proposal collaboration environments, workflows, and content management structures. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across leadership, collaboration, innovation, communication, project management, risk management, and proposal‑based capabilities.
