The position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Strategy. The program leader will be responsible for the horizontal and vertical integration of the programmatic, contractual, and technical elements of the program as captured in the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to help ensure an executable program. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: Establish strategy for alignment and inputs and develop initial what-if plans that will form the basis to eventually integrate the Master Plan and Master Schedule with program definition and overall Program Vision What-If analysis to support optimization of program objectives Consistency / Completeness of the what-if schedules and IMP/IMS with program definition documentation. Align activities with EMD Master Planner for handoffs and optimization. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
