The successful candidate will work closely with all of Northrop Grumman’s functional organizations leadership team, internal marketing or government relations teams and other industry and government partners. In this role the ideal candidate will lead capture efforts to secure new opportunities, re-compete contracts, or task order business. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
