This position will be located located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program.This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What You Will Get To Do:As an Engineering Manager of the AVE Aero/Fluids team within the AVE Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) IPT you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to deliver on all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements.This position is a dual-hat position requiring the candidate to perform functional management activities as well as program responsibilities. It is expected that the Functional management role will comprise up to 20% of the candidate's time. The candidate will have 80% technical/assignment responsibilities: supporting SDS programs within their same function.Position responsibilities include: Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members.Measuring and reporting team performance.Drive technical scope planning, risk management, project performance; manage cost, schedule, and technical quality of work products.Apply extensive aero/fluids knowledge, skills and ability in pursuit of meeting contractual. requirements. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
