This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct analysis on Sentinel risk and opportunities – serve as a liaison between the risk and opportunities team and the segments to ensure thoroughness of analysis, review risk and opportunities for executability, cross check ARM ( Active Risk Manager ) - IMS ( Integrated Master Schedule ) inputs for accuracyConduct s-curve analysis utilizing updated risks and opportunities and the PMB (Performance Measurement Baseline)Business case modeling to assist in negotiations – this analysis will continue to support future new business/ investment decisions post- Omni-Mod (Omnibus Modification)Conduct analysis between all risk informed artifacts for consistency and integration as applicable (S-Curve, SRAs, business case)Collaborate across organizations and functions to compile and research all necessary data to complete financial models to support leadership reviews, proposals, what-if analysis, etc.Provide clear expectations to other functions to gather necessary inputs to complete analyses in a timely mannerProactively present progress, outcomes, and recommendations to various levels of leadershipAdditional support to pricing, proposal activities, and contract negotiationsSupport of internal and external auditsWork independently to balance multiple projects and prioritize while delivering first time accuracy on-timeBasic QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelors degree with 8 years experience in Business, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience; Masters degree with 6 years experience ; 4 years experience with PhD.Experience in financial analysis and reporting, including preparing in‑depth customer presentations and reviewing, analyzing, and critiquing financial statements and investor materialsExperience with Advanced financial modelingMicrosoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPointExperience with SAPMust be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security ClearancePreferred QualificationsDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business AdministrationActive U.S. Government Secret Security ClearanceDefense industry experienceEarned Value Management (EVM) experienceProgram Cost Control experienceExperience with FAR/DFARExperience with Cobra and/or PrimaveraAble to work independently under minimal supervisionAbility to perform complex research, prepare final review materialsPosition BenefitsAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:· Medical, Dental & Vision coverage· 401k· Educational Assistance· Life Insurance· Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions· Paid Time Off· Health & Wellness Resources· Employee Discounts This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. #SentinelBusMgmt Primary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date. Required Qualifications
