Due to the nature of the role, an on-site presence is required and this role cannot be performed remotely. The position will follow our 9/80 schedule and allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This is an individual contributor, non-manager role with no direct reports. The successful candidate is expected to be a highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams in high-tempo environments. This role will actively work with the DevOps (software) Operating Unit (OU) Lead to integrate, control, and analyze cost and schedule performance to ensure success of a restricted program. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
