As a Senior CPU Verification Engineer, you will be involved in development of latest ARM architecture-based CPUs that are engineered for AI execution and are a key component of the Agentic AI hardware stack. What you'll be doing:Responsible for verification of ARM architecture-based CPU coresDevelop and execute thorough unit-level verification plans and create new testbench componentsCollaborate closely with design and architecture teams to verify architectural and microarchitectural featuresDevelop stimulus using external and in-house RIS tools for end-to-end verification of featuresAnalyze and improve existing verification strategies by incorporating AI accelerated workflows to enhance efficiency and effectivenessWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least 2+ years of experience in CPU verification.Proven expertise in ARM architecture and/or CPU microarchitecture verification.Strong understanding of verification methodologies and tools.Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Detailed understanding of ARM v9 architecture and/or cache coherency concepts Exposure to unit level (Branch-Predictor/Frontend/Load-Store) verification of high-performance CPU coresExposure to stimulus generation using RIS toolsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
