NVIDIA’s Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world!What you’ll be doing:Partnering with the legal team and executive team on our IP licensing matters.Managing our pre-litigation activities relating to IP licensing.Negotiating licenses.What we need to see:A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.10+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.4+ years of leadership experience.Strong written and oral advocacy.Great judgment and management skills.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
