The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for supporting leaders and making organizations better – through relationships, teamwork, and keeping things running with great process.Ideally this role is located either in Munich, Germany or London, UK.This position requires someone who is a standout colleague, organized, has excellent communication skills; shows initiative, and drive; and has the ability to set priorities. To be successful, you will anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks; have strong planning and organizational skills and have experience supporting domestic and international employees while the ability to accommodate flexible work schedules based on the needs of the department.What you'll be doing:Provide executive support to the extended leadership team as needed within the revenue leading organizationPlanning, organizing, and balancing multiple global calendars with appropriate attention to detail and confidentialityCoordinate all travel arrangements and itinerariesHandling and balancing expense reports and purchase requisitions submissionsDevelop and manage meeting agendas, cadence activities, communicationsManage cross-functional projects and track progress against milestonesAnalyse business data and prepare executive reports and insights.Prioritize and manage content collection and contribution for presentations, meetings, and communicationsWhat we need to see:5+ years of experience working at an Executive Assistant level across EMEA.B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experienceStandout colleague with a positive attitudeFlexibility and the ability to change directions quicklyAbility to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasksAvailable to travel to the London site 2–3 days per week.Able to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and scale task management.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Exhibits confidence, composure and integrity in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and proactivelyExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to learn/embrace new technologies and processes.Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Google Suite applicationsWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
