In this organization, you will improve our operations and feature delivery cadence while maintaining the reliability of our internal and external-facing cloud services.What you’ll be doing:To keep pace with our rapidly growing demand and the opportunity it represents, you will be a comprehensive technical leader: part builder, part operator, part customer advocate, and part unyielding deliverer of results.Build a strategy for growing usage and scale of existing customers while crafting features to delight an ever-expanding set of new customers. This includes building inventive and noteworthy user experiences that delight customers while aligning long term strategies with product goals and company vision.Own technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, implementation, operations and management of the service.
