Job Description
As an Intern, you will:Perform monthly or quarterly closing activities including posting of journal entries and Balance sheet reconciliation;Assist with statutory and tax accounting activities which includes local compliance reporting & external submissions, withholding tax filing, preparation of tax package etcAssist with Payroll close and reconciliation activitiesAssist with coordination of SOX and compliance mattersSupport and implement initiatives for automation, process improvement, and transformation on accountingJob QualificationThe candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business, or any professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CPA, etc)Min 3.40 CGPAProactive working attitude, driven, good critical thinking skills, good communication skillsAdaptable to a MNC day-to-day activities/environmentMore information about NXP in Malaysia...#LI-633a

Required Qualifications
- The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business, or any professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CPA, etc) (degree in accounting)
- Min 3.40 CGPA (experience)
- Proactive working attitude, driven, good critical thinking skills, good communication skills (experience)
- Adaptable to a MNC day-to-day activities/environment (experience)
