Job Description
Responsibilities:Conduct market research and data analysisCollect and analyze market data (rents, vacancy, pipeline, comps)Prepare summary insights and reportsSupport transaction and leasing activitiesAssist in listing preparation, client presentations, and site visit coordinationMaintain deal trackers and documentationAssist in financial and investment analysisBuild/maintain basic financial models (cash flow, ROI, IRR support)Support due diligence and valuation inputsCoordinate project and stakeholder activitiesLiaise with internal teams, brokers, and clientsSchedule meetings and track deliverablesPrepare presentation materialsDevelop PPT decks, market reports, and marketing collateralEnsure data accuracy and professional formattingPerform administrative supportRequirements:Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or related fieldStrong analytical and research skillsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling basics preferred)Good communication skills (English; Mandarin preferred for China roles)Detail-oriented, organized, and proactiveInterest in real estate markets and investmentHave hands-on experience using AI tools, such as:Data analysis & visualization (e.g., Power BI dashboards)Process automation (e.g., AI agents)Productivity tools (e.g., AI-assisted PPT creation)More information about NXP in Greater China...#LI-d6f4
