Manufacturing Shift Assistant Supervisor are responsible for the day-to-day running of manufacturing operations. They make sure that the production line is running smoothly and that staff are meeting their production targets. The main duties of a assistance supervisor would include:To ensure key performance indicators of the department are achieved.
