Job Description
Responsible for supplier technical evaluation, qualification, and development activities. Provide technical expertise during supplier selection.Drive supplier capability improvements.Support quality and reliability initiatives.Work cross-functionally to ensure suppliers meet business and engineering requirements.QualificationBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related fieldFamiliar with the full hardware development process (Design → Verification → Validation)Expertise in one or more of the following areas: High-speed signal design (Signal Integrity)Power design (Power Integrity / PMIC)PCB layout and SI/PI analysisSemiconductor testing or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) architectureProficient with related design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence, Allegro, ADS, HFSS)Strong hardware debugging and issue analysis skillsSystem integration experience is a plusIntermediate or above proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)Ability to communicate effectively in a global team environmentExperience in Semiconductor Packaging and TestingStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesGood teamwork and cross-functional communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet project deadlinesMore information about NXP in Malaysia...#LI-633a

Required Qualifications
