Job Description

Role Summary: · The NVM Reliability team is responsible for characterizing, modeling, and enabling next-generation Non-Volatile Memory technologies, enabling new product creation company-wide. Job Responsibility: · Manage execution of NVM reliability characterization experiments, working closely with experienced engineers and technicians.· Identify and implement process improvements that increase laboratory efficiency, equipment utilization, and execution quality.· Maintain lab equipment (read schematics, trouble-shoot, coordinate with vendors and trades). · Develop software and systems for monitoring, automation, and data processing (database, web server, Linux/Windows)· Assist in developing/debugging evaluation software (embedded C/C++).· Debug hardware (Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, debugger, etc.). PCB schematics and components.· Perform statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.· Communicate study conclusions and recommendations to internal and external teams. · Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and engineering standards.
