Job Description

ResponsibilitiesSupport employee relations (ER) activities, including assisting with workplace investigations and fact-finding processes.Attend investigation meetings, document discussion notes, and prepare investigation summaries under the guidance of the ER team.Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company requirements.Conduct research on labor law regulations and employment-related topics as assigned.Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and labor-related initiatives.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, follow up on action items, and support HR projects.Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Basic to intermediate knowledge of Thai labor law is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.Able to work independently, manage confidential information, and perform well under pressure.Proactive, hands-on, and willing to support event preparation and operational activities.Experience in organizing university activities, events, or student projects is an advantage.Ability to read and understand English documents; written English proficiency is a plus.Interest in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR compliance is preferred.Preferred Skills:Critical thinking and sound judgment.Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and emotional maturity.Presentation, facilitation, or MC experience is a plus.More information about NXP in Thailand...#LI-8a19

Required Qualifications
