Provide first-line IT support for ATIT users and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.Monitor applications, infrastructure, alerts, and ticket queues to ensure service availability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user computing, business applications, and manufacturing systems.Support manufacturing IT environments, including MES, shopfloor systems, engineering applications, automation solutions, and tester workstations.Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve complex issues.Deliver remote support across multiple sites and countries while maintaining effective communication with users.Contribute to knowledge management through documentation, knowledge articles, and best practice sharing.Participate in 24x7 shift operations to ensure continuous IT service support.Job RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Fresh graduates or less than 2 years experience are highly encouraged to apply.Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.Experience or exposure to IT support in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment is preferred.Knowledge of MES, automation platforms, engineering applications, or tester systems is an advantage.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with global teams across ATIT sites.Fluent in English; other language skills are added advantage.Willing to work on rotational 24x7 shift schedules.Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Linux, etc.) are an advantage.Preferred CompetenciesIT Service Management (ITIL)Windows & Linux AdministrationRemote TroubleshootingManufacturing IT SupportServiceNow or Ticketing SystemsKnowledge ManagementGlobal Team CollaborationCustomer Service & CommunicationMore information about NXP in Malaysia...#LI-633a
