You will be a member of the Customer Application Support team and part of a worldwide technical community providing premium pre and post sales technical support to NXP customers and their projects. You drive design-in activity at customer sites in close cooperation with the regional NXP support and sales teams; you provide technical skills & support to NXP’s sales staff and will liaise with the NXP technical community about technical issues and future roadmap of your customer(s).Job Responsibilities:Provide proactive technical support and solution engineering for customersSupport customers remotely and on siteOffer technical consulting and guidance during customers’ system definition phaseSupport technical design-in activities and lead customer projectsDeliver technical product and solution training to customersCreate application notes and technical support materialsContribute engineering support during product developmentShare customer feedback to help shape next-generation productsJob Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in C and C++ programmingPython and Linux knowledge is an advantageBasic understanding of microcontrollersAbility to work effectively in a global team environmentWillingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support and trainingPlease note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
