Job Description
Job ResponsibilitiesOwn manufacturing test activities for released products.Lead test program introduction and deployment in mass production.Analyze NPI test data after R-Gate release and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.Lead debugging, qualification, Gage R&R (MSC) analysis, and release of duplicate test hardware.Manage first-line disposition of hold lots, including low yield, QA failures, and other test-related issues.Develop and optimize testing processes, documentation, and best practices in collaboration with process owners.Drive test automation projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, test coverage, and product quality.Required QualificationsWithin 2 years of working experience in relative field.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is preferred.Solid understanding of software/system testing methodologiesFamiliarity with Linux environments and command-line operationsExperience with machine language (e.g., Java, C++)Experience in system, embedded, hardware, or manufacturing testingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong sense of ownership and responsibility for product qualityEnglish communication, reading, writingMore information about NXP in Greater China...#LI-2370

Required Qualifications
