Production Management- Ensure all testing processes run smoothly during the night shift- Monitor production targets (Output、OTD、Cycle Time、WIP)- Quickly respond to downtime/abnormal test results and equipment issues2. People Management- Manage attendance, break schedules, overtime, training & skills- Maintain discipline and ensure proper workplace behaviors- Conduct timely/regular performance review and feedback3. Quality Assurance & Control- Ensure all product/process meet quality standards and customer requirements- Monitor test yield, non conformance, QA fail- Coordinate with QA/engineering teams for issue escalation 4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination- Oversee operation of test/pack machines- Coordinate with Technician for immediate troubleshooting- Minimize equipment downtime5.
