Job Description
ResponsibilitiesProvide process support for Electroplating processesDrive Continual process improvement activities to improve the productivity and capacityWork closely with maintenance and equipment engineering to trouble shoot issues, develop maintenance plans, recommend tooling upgrades etc.Generate and maintain process documentationProvide technical support and training to production personnelLead the New Developments/Projects, liaise with vendors on the new products and tooling developmentsDesign and fabricate new tooling for the existing/new productsTroubleshooting / maintaining the plating lineAssist in Implementation of action plan to reduce production scrap and quality issuesEngage in process and productivity improvementOrganize working groups to solve Quality problems / Continuous improvement when necessaryEnsure that corrective and preventive actions are carried out as per the planMonitor process stability and process capability valuesProvide the weekly or monthly reports to managementSupport maintenance team to run the Waste water treatment plant operationsTrack and improve team performanceOther duties as assigned by ManagementRequirements•Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical) or equivalent•2 to 3 years of related working experience. Required Qualifications
- •Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical) or equivalent (degree in engineering)
- •2 to 3 years of related working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (experience, 3 years)
