Your responsibilitiesDrive security evaluation and certification activities for secure products (e.g., Secure Elements, MCUs, MPUs) within established cybersecurity product certification schemesAssess and ensure security compliance across products and development processes in alignment with secure development standards and applicable cybersecurity regulationsContribute to the evolution and definition of cybersecurity certification approaches for emerging markets such as IoT, automotive, and industrial systemsRepresent the organization in standardization and industry bodies, contributing to the development of security-related specifications and frameworksAct as a technical interface between internal stakeholders (e.g., product teams, system architects) and external parties (e.g., certification bodies, evaluation labs, auditors)Collaborate with external consultants, partners, and international working groups to shape the cybersecurity certification landscapeSupport the development and execution of the technical certification strategy across product lines and business domainsAs candidate for this role, youHold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD is a plus)Bring experience in cybersecurity product certification and evaluation, including interaction with certification bodies and evaluation labsHave strong understanding of secure product development lifecycle, cybersecurity engineering, and compliance frameworksHave experience with process and system certifications (e.g., secure development, quality, or information security frameworks)Have at least 5 years of experience in security engineering, embedded systems, or product security certificationDemonstrate knowledge of System-on-Chip architectures and secure microcontrollers (considered an advantage)Bring experience or strong interest in automation and digitalization of security workflows, including: Use of AI / LLM-based tools to support engineering or compliance activitiesDevelopment or application of automation pipelines, agents, or tooling for documentation, analysis, or certification processesAre self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing complex technical topicsDemonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skillsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAre well organized with strong time management and prioritization skillsPlease note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
