Required Qualifications

• 6. Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (low PPM) requirement. (experience)
• 7. Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues through team work. Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to solve New Product Introduction challenges. (experience)
• 8. Support production test partners such as FAB, MFG, foundry and test house as needed. (experience)
• 1. Bachelor/Master degree or above, EE, communication or Automatization major. (degree in above)
• 2. Good command of English both in writing and speaking in a global working environment (experience)
• 3. Strong synthesis and analysis skills (experience)
• 4. Strong ownership and good teamwork (experience)
• 5. Hard working, diligent, smart (experience)
• 6. Experience to handle NPI project is advantage (experience)
• 7. More than 5 years working experience at semiconductor company (experience, 5 years)

Responsibilities

• 1. Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on Automotive new silicon/product development and qualification, from early phases of product definition to production phase.
• 2. Develop and support test solutions with Test Engineering from early phase to production with target test time & cost according the organization standards.
• 3. Ensure quality of own work by initiating reviews and follow release procedures.
• 4. Keep up to date with new developments on testing methods and technologies.
