Job Title: Sales Account Manager – Automotive Tier1Job Profile: SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER SIPLocation: Novi, MichiganRole Summary:The scope of this position includes but is not limited to growing business in ADAS, Body Controls, Infotainment, Connectivity and Electrification/Powertrain in the Detroit area. You will drive roadmaps and execute our growth strategy. You’ll be part of a global go-to Market team that delivers 2x market growth for all NXP’s businesses by building and maintaining strong relationships within the customers and within NXP. If you want to win big, grow fast, and work with the customers building what’s next, NXP Global Sales is where ambition becomes achievement.We are seeking a self‑motivated and proactive Sales Account Manager to support assigned automotive Tier1s by driving design wins, supporting production programs, and executing account strategies across the vehicle lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry working with automotive OEMs and/or Tier1 suppliers. Required Qualifications
