Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. (degree in electrical engineering)
• Experience in machine learning, LLM and agentic AI. (experience)
• Knowledge of operating systems, with experience in Linux kernel, device driver, and BSP development. (experience)
• Experience in embedded hardware and software development. (experience)
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written. (experience)
• Experience with ARM Cortex-A cores or heterogeneous platforms is a plus. (experience)
• Experience with Android or QNX is a plus. (experience)
• Experience in the automotive hardware/software ecosystem, such as AUTOSAR, MCAL, and functional safety, is a plus. (experience)

Responsibilities

• The candidate will serve as a Field Applications Engineer (FAE), supporting NXP’s application processors, AI accelerators and related solutions.
• The candidate will drive demand creation and customer design-in activities in close cooperation with NXP’s business lines. This role will provide technical expertise and support to NXP’s sales team and work closely with the NXP technical community to address customer technical issues and provide feedback on future product roadmaps.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote NXP MPU/SoC, DNPU (Discrete NPU) products and corresponding vertical solutions to customers.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and provide project coordination to help ensure customer project success.
• Provide technical support for customer product designs based on NXP products.
