In order to accelerate the migration to 48V energy network and enable early engagement with the OEMS, our strategic objective is to provide system expertise and solutions across the vehicle .If you're interested in electronic and embedded software in automotive energy network, applications development and more - you're THE ONE we may meet in our R&D Center in Toulouse, France.ASEM (Automotive System Engineering and Marketing global organization)In the context of Automotive market moving from a 12V energy network based into a 48V based energy architecture, the ASEM organization is looking for a senior electronic engineer supporting new innovative projects specifically to work on NXP zonal aggregator.Ready to join the future of innovation in our team at NXP?ASEM organization goal is to define system comprehensive solutions for new vehicle architecture such as zonal ECUs (electronic controller units) so is at the heart of automotive innovation teams in NXPYour responsibilities:Design and test hardware prototypes to tackle hardware and electronic challenges around 48V introduction (loss of ground, polarity inversion) at ECU level but also at vehicle level.Benchmark of different architectures and design space exploration to find the best performance, power and board size/architecture fitDevelop low level embedded software for ARM based microcontroller architecturesDebug implementation with Lauterbach or other debuggers solutions to test produced prototypesFollow software development process and quality standardsYour Qualification:Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical or Electronics engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline 10+ years of experience within electronic definition, design or similar in industrial or automotive semiconductor applicationsStrong analytical skills to understand, model, and analyze electronic circuits and systems to propose breakthrough robust solutionsExcellent communication skills both written and spoken in English as well as good cultural awarenessYour Experience :Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in the semiconductor architecture and design of electronic cardsPrior experience working at Automotive Tier 1 or 2 supplier in defining, implementing, or supporting electronic cards is a plusExperience in analog part of power distribution such as PMIC, efuse, DC/DC,… used in automotive ECUsKnowledge of low level embedded software (C/ASM) used in microcontrollers (ARM based)Ready to create a smarter world? Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical or Electronics engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline 10+ years of experience within electronic definition, design or similar in industrial or automotive semiconductor applications (experience, 10 years)
  • Strong analytical skills to understand, model, and analyze electronic circuits and systems to propose breakthrough robust solutions (experience)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English as well as good cultural awareness (experience)

Responsibilities
