Required Qualifications

• Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Control or Computer Engineering, advanced degree preferred (degree in computer science)
• 5+ years’ experience with Semiconductor Products in a position such as product applications or systems engineer, field applications engineer, or other technical positions with good practical knowledge of applications and technologies (experience, 5 years)
• 5+ years’ experience as a member of a team and can demonstrate ability to build a high performing customer facing engineering team (experience, 5 years)
• Preferred experience and skills : MCU firmware development, Classic Autosar, Bootloader, CAN gateway, Application Processor based on ARM A-Core, Linux OS/kernel/device driver, security, hypervisor, Adaptive Autosar, AI, fastboot, Ethernet switch (experience)
• Project management skills and experience (experience)
• Expert level understanding of automotive customer’s applications and its business challenge (experience)
• Excellent customer facing, presentation, and communication skills (experience)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building a close and trusted relationship with key engineering leaders at targeted customers, understand the current and future needs and help increase design win funnel by delivering strong engineering execution and support on projects.
• Provide necessary technical deep-dives, hands on training, issue analysis to customer engineers as and when needed
• Responsible for technical feasibility of customer specific projects and provide realistic solutions, timelines, risks etc. for execution proposals.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills to help set priorities for the issues and solve those technical/business issues on current and future needs of the customer
• Form strong support link between segment marketing, systems engineering, software R&D, regional sales, FAEs, and our customers.
• Work closely with Business Line (BL) marketing teams and regional sales/BD to align on specific projects and execute them on time with quality deliverables.
• Train and build up domain specific knowledge on MPU/MCU aspects as per the customer projects needs
