Roles and Responsibility:- Drive New Product Introduction Test activities at subcontractor factories- Support the setup and review of manufacturing processes- Collaborate with relevant parties (Business line engineering team, Test Designer, Planners, Suppliers) on new product introduction, yield improvement, and test cost reduction projects- Drive qualifying new test hardware at subcontractor factories- Have knowledge of Tester Software, Test Program (Advantest, Teradyne, etc.), and Test Data Analysis- Support Security Testing Certification process at subcontractor factories- Good communication skills. Participate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team meetings- Provide technical expertise and support all test related issues and test procedures at OSAT- Provide support for yield improvement through detail analysis, problem solving and teamwork with cross functional teamRequirements:- Minimum University Degree qualification in Engineering- Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering- Basic problem-solving capabilities- Knowledge of Digital, Mixed Signal test (or willingness to learn)- Experience working on test equipment such as ATE tester, handlers or prober (or willingness to learn)- Good communication and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions- Able to work independently with good initiative to overcome technical challenges- Value teamwork and being flexible and able to work well in dynamic situationMore information about NXP in Greater China...#LI-7743
