This leader is accountable for the development of the Okta strategy and GTM execution of said partnerships, including strategy justification and alignment, business cadence, and management of activity and performance against outcomes. This leader will manage in a global to local model, where focus will be on the global program, while running the business activity and identifying strategy, opportunities and outcomes. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
