Responsibilities Design, assess migration paths for, and implement post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms within existing signature and key management systems; track the latest developments in cutting-edge PQC standards such as lattice-based cryptography Design and develop the underlying cryptography library for MPC wallet / Web3 security products Research Web3-ecosystem cryptography technologies and produce technology selection reports and related technical documentation Conduct security audits of wallet-layer signature code and cryptographic protocol implementations Participate in defining the team's cryptography technical standards and enforce security red lines for cryptography-related code Requirements Master's degree or above in Cryptography, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field Solid theoretical foundation in cryptography, including public-key cryptosystems, symmetric/asymmetric cryptography principles, lattice theory fundamentals, security protocol design, and blockchain cryptography applications In-depth research experience in post-quantum cryptography; familiar with lattice-based cryptography and hash-based signatures; knowledge of NIST PQC standard algorithms (Kyber, Dilithium, SPHINCS+, etc.); experience with algorithm migration or engineering implementation is a plus In-depth research experience in secure multi-party computation (MPC); familiar with threshold signature and secret sharing protocol principles and engineering implementation Some research background in zero-knowledge proofs (e.g., zk-SNARK/zk-STARK), homomorphic encryption, or related cryptographic theory Proficient in at least one of: C/C++, Rust, Go, or Java Nice-to-Haves Published papers at international cryptography conferences Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation package L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More that we love to tell you along the process! Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or above in Cryptography, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (degree in above in cryptography)
  • Solid theoretical foundation in cryptography, including public-key cryptosystems, symmetric/asymmetric cryptography principles, lattice theory fundamentals, security protocol design, and blockchain cryptography applications (experience)
  • In-depth research experience in post-quantum cryptography; familiar with lattice-based cryptography and hash-based signatures; knowledge of NIST PQC standard algorithms (Kyber, Dilithium, SPHINCS+, etc.); experience with algorithm migration or engineering implementation is a plus (experience)
