With expertise in art direction, strategic thinking and creative execution, you will elevate our agency's design standards, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence. A Day in the Life * Support the Creative team in the development of effective and impactiful concepts from ideation through final projects. * Design layouts aligned with tone, style and strategy, considering audience needs and regulatory guidelines. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Copy, Editorial, Account, Strategy and Project Management teams. * Drive strategic thinking, understanding marketing plans, objectives and success metrics. * Contribute innovative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies and audience needs. What You Will Need * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art and Design or related field (preferred). * 1+ year of experience in Visual Communications, Art Direction and Design or related field. * Digital portfolio showcasing creative ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational, collaborative, problem-solving and creative skills with attention to detail. $60,000 - $80,000Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
