As part of a newly won account, you'll play a key role in building the relationship and driving impactful media strategies that deliver business results.What you'll doLead day-to-day client relationships, becoming a trusted partner and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Develop tailored media strategies for the UK market and oversee seamless campaign delivery across channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective media solutions. Manage campaign finances, ensuring plans are commercially sound and aligned with client agreements. Identify opportunities to introduce new agency products and solutions that create additional value for the client.Build strong partnerships with media owners and industry stakeholders.Mentor and support team members, helping to develop talent and foster a positive team culture.What you'll bringMedia planning experience across channels, including TV, Digital, Social and OOH.Experience working with UK brands or global brands with a UK presence.Automotive or luxury sector experience a bonusExcellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading, mentoring and developing team members.
