Candidates must have the ability to translate the creative “language” of gaming focused entertainment into marketing programsRequired understanding of gaming industry overall, from game genres to platforms, game influencers and esportsRequired experience working with game publishers and/or game platform from in-game to retail programs and even activationsUnderstanding of Twitch, YT, Discord and other game streaming, VOD and social platforms as media and content distribution channels Overall understanding of the gaming audiences from core to casualMedia experience is a plusMust be a self-starter with a strong ability to embrace an entrepreneurial spirit in the context of a corporate environmentShould be able to demonstrate experience with project management – we don’t want someone who is just about making the trains run on time but the trains do have to run on time.
