The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of Orion’s core partnership and client management responsibilities across EMEA markets.Operating across multiple markets, the role plays an important part in ensuring accurate and consistent delivery of reconciliation, reporting, and client outputs such as savings statements and compliance processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport monthly SSP reporting and reconciliation across EMEA marketsMonitor delivery of partner activity, identifying and resolving discrepanciesWork with markets and agencies to ensure bookings are correctly implemented and trackedLiaise with finance to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation across UK and EMEAMaintain and update tracking documents for partners and clientsSupport delivery of client outputs, including savings statements and reportingAssist with client compliance processes, including contractual requirements and opt-in trackingProvide support to market teams on processes and reporting requirementsCollaborate with the wider partnerships team to ensure consistent delivery across all marketsManage multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met ABOUT YOUHighly numerate with strong attention to detailStrong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reconciliation processesOrganised and able to manage multiple prioritiesProactive and able to take ownership of tasksStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively across multiple markets and teamsAnalytical mindset, able to identify and resolve issuesInterest in digital and programmatic mediaWillingness to learn and develop within a regional role Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
