Compliance is led centrally across the Adelphi Group of companies, with responsibility also embedded within each agency.The central Compliance function supports Adelphi Group agencies in meeting their legal, regulatory, contractual and internal governance obligations. The team works collaboratively across the business to provide practical guidance, maintain policies and procedures, support training and assurance activity, and promote a consistent compliance culture.Compliance within the global healthcare sector is increasingly complex and fast-changing. The central team monitors relevant developments in data protection, market research, healthcare regulation and industry standards, and helps the business translate these requirements into clear and proportionate working practices.The Compliance Executive will be part of the Adelphi Compliance function and will support compliance activities across the Group's agencies. The role's main objective is to help ensure that the business complies with relevant legislation, regulatory and industry requirements, client commitments, and internal policies and procedures.About the roleWe are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our Compliance team. The role will provide administrative and operational support across Adelphi, working with colleagues in different agencies and functions to help deliver the Group's compliance programme.What you will do.As a Compliance Executive, you will support a range of day-to-day and planned compliance activities across Adelphi, including:Working with the Senior Compliance Manager, Director of Compliance and other team members to support continued adherence to data protection legislation, other relevant legal and regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and internal standards.Supporting agencies and central functions with practical compliance guidance and coordinating responses to routine queries.Helping to develop, maintain and communicate policies, guidance documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates and compliance records.Coordinating the scheduled review and update of compliance documentation and maintaining appropriate version-control records.Supporting the investigation and documentation of actual or potential non-compliance, including remedial actions and follow-up activity.Administering Group-wide compliance training, monitoring completion and maintaining training records.Maintaining evidence and key documentation required for internal assurance, client requests and audits.Assisting with internal, supplier and external client audits, including gathering evidence, tracking actions and following up with relevant stakeholders.Supporting compliance monitoring activities, risk assessments and registers, and escalating issues where appropriate.Participating in internal compliance meetings and helping to coordinate resulting communications, updates, actions and training requirements across the Group.About youStrong organisational and planning skills. Experience and skillsEssential Administrative experience. Strong organisational skills.Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.Ability to manage both time and priority constraints.Demonstrable experience of successfully managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.Ability to complete tasks independently – to a high standard, with good attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skills.A high level of interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively.Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and adaptability to new systems/ software.Desirable Prior compliance experience desirable, but not essential.
