As an XD Design Engineering Consultant, you'll work at the intersection of user experience, design, and engineering to create innovative solutions that solve real business and customer challenges.Credera will provide you with the tools, mentorship, and training to jumpstart your career. After completing training, you'll quickly join project teams and begin contributing to client engagements. You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries, technologies, and digital products while developing expertise in creating exceptional user experiences and scalable technology solutions.At Credera, we understand the importance of personalized support and coaching. You'll also learn from experienced consultants and practice leaders through hands-on project work and collaborative development opportunities.What You'll DoDepending on your client engagement and project, your responsibilities may include:Collaborating with designers, researchers, strategists, and engineers to bring digital experiences to lifeWorking through project lifecycles from discovery and ideation to implementation and deliveryBuilding responsive, scalable, and accessible web applicationsLeveraging modern web frameworks and development tools to create engaging user experiencesCreating reusable component libraries and design system elementsApplying accessibility standards and development best practicesParticipating in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project meetingsSupporting user experience testing and iterative product improvementLearning from subject matter experts and incorporating feedback into your workPresenting recommendations and solutions to project teams and client stakeholdersWhat Makes This Role UniqueXD Design Engineering consultants operate at the intersection of creativity, user experience, and technology. Responsibilities
