Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general ledger accountability, forecasting, financial reporting, billing, managing day to day financial operations, and other special projects as assigned.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with Budget, Quarterly Forecasts and G/L close activitiesParticipate in monthly close and ensure revenue, expenses and intercompany transactions are posted and or billed timely and accurately research and analyze current financial resultsCoordinate with team to ensure timely and accurate client billingProcess and monitor vendor set ups and paymentsResponsible for supplying timely, accurate, concise and complete financial data to Finance Manager and Senior ManagementAnticipates and rapidly responds to assigned special projectsAssist in preparing monthly variance analysis reports with explanations for review by Finance Manager. Variances to be done against budget and prior yearUpdating of internal reports to track revenueRunning time reports and providing reports to managersJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Strong analytical and accounting skillsExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsHighly detail oriented and organized in workAbility to work independently or on a team and be proactiveMust be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environmentThe individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his/her work product.
