Acts as the operational backbone of the People & Culture function, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant delivery of core people processes.Provides centralised services spanning areas such as payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, onboarding, leavers, and employee queries. Establishes and maintains service standards, procedures, and workflows for handling people transactions and inquiries, and partners closely with HR systems, technology, and specialist teams to improve service efficiency, data quality, and employee experience. <$75,000Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
