We are a dynamic, creative and influential agency network that collectively combines to make OMD the most awarded agency network in the world.The Manager, Video Investment will help to deliver our clients’ business objectives through bespoke and insight rooted video programs. Managers will steward media purchase development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. They will be tasked to manage up to Director level and supervise the Associates and Senior Associates day-to-day activities making sure that their growth as video media professionals is of utmost importance.ResponsibilitiesProcess FocusedOversee the buying & implementation of Video campaigns, coordinating internal resources, setting best practice(s), and working on planning frameworksPromote and ensure that Video investments are being maximized and benefits are being delivered to our clientsEstablish timetables for development of Video executions and manages expectations on deliverablesAnalytical ThinkerCreate and articulate clear performance metrics and develop associated reports that measure KPI’sAnalyze historical and current campaign results to optimize learning and ensure continuous improvementProcess and analyze competitive media activity in the marketplaceChallenger of the NornChallenge the norm and seek out innovative approaches to execute media across video partners/platformsTake nothing at face value and push partners to elevate and innovate programs, creating first-to-market experiencesAbility to connect programs to drive impact and ensure maximized asset utilityQualificationsKnowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and mediaMinimum of 3+ years of industry experienceKnowledge of the dynamics of mediaHow each media element performs alone, how they perform together, and how they are constantly changingUnderstanding of the skills and functions of the Investment side of the business, as well as the Strategic Business Units’ competenciesPrioritize and multi-task effectively and formulate solutionsUnderstanding media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reportedStrong written skillsWrite clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner#LI-LW3 $50,000 - $95,000Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
